Paper Author:For the authors who submit the full paper to be published in the online conference proceeding and present the paper on the conference site.

Registration covers: Publication & Presentation + meeting sessions during September 11-13, 2027 + coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner on September 12+ conference kits.

Presentation Only:For scholars who are interested in delivering an oral/poster presentation on the conference site without publishing any paper.

One Day Program registration covers Presentation + meeting sessions on September 12  + coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner on September 12 + conference kits.

Listener:For scholars and researchers who just want to attend the conference, without doing a presentation on the conference and publishing papers in the conference proceeding.

Note: If the paper exceeds 5 pages, the additional pages will be charged 50 USD/ page

**Registration Instructions**

1. The registration will not be confirmed unless the registration fee is paid in full and payment details are received by the conference organizer. A confirmation email will be sent to the registrant once the registration is completed.
2. Other co-authors and accompanying persons can register as listeners.
3. At least one author of a paper should register for the conference, and at least one author should present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
4. Submission and registration must be managed using the officially authorized channels (online system, email address) published on this website. Regular consultation can be carried out through conference email: email@socav.org or phone (Tel: +86-28-85586839). 
5. The process of registration and publication will be noticed through email@socav.org. Please do not trust any non-official contacts. If you receive any suspicious call, text message, or email or notice any suspicious website, please report to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third parties.

 

Registration Notice:

1. All dates refer to Stuttgart time (UTC+2).

2. Our payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur a few exchange commission fees which are charged by the payer bank, it should be borne by payers.

3. The payment can be made via Credit card (Visa/Master). Please make sure your VISA or Mastered Card is available before clicking the link for payment (the link can be found in the registration form), and you should also calculate the right amount and pay.

4. The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue due to force majeure events. Participants are obliged to observe and cooperate with the organizer’s decision.  

 

Cancellation policy

Up to 90 days before the conference date:

70% refund of the registration fees paid

Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days before the conference date:

60% refund of the registration fees paid

Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the conference date:

50% refund of the registration fees paid

Less than 30 days before the conference date:

No refund

Please note: The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through email to email@socav.org

 

Disclaimers

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place, and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected because of circumstances taht amount to "force majeure". Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemics, and all similar situations beyond the organizer's control.

If the on-site conference cannot take place due to force majeure factors, participants will be invited to attend the conference virtually.

Content will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.
